Established in 2006 by Markus Maguire - Sphere Effect combines the knowledge of four generations of printers. Starting in the early 1900’s with Markus’s Great Grandmother McConnell, his Great Uncle Richard McGhie, his Grandmother Marion Maguire and his Father Alexander Maguire who is now retired after 52 years in the industry. Alec remains an important source of information and understanding for Sphere Effect today! Almost 100 years of Scottish legacy and commitment to clients makes us like no other in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Markus himself spent many years working with his Father after he completed school. He then went off to work in the computer industry for several years then back to the print industry with Kinko’s for 11 years.

With vast knowledge in the Computer and Printing industry, Markus saw that there was a need out there not being filled. So, in 2006 he started Sphere Effect, specializing in the Professional Printing and Promotional Products arena.
